Executive Board
We are so excited to announce our new executive board consisting of women that are involved throughout the University of Arkansas and the Fayetteville community. We are so lucky to have these women serve us and represent the Delta Delta chapter so well!

Rylee Ambroson
President
Rylee Ambroson is from Smithville, Missouri and her major is Sports Management with a minor in Event Management. Before serving as President, Rylee served as the Vice President of Event Management. One thing that she is excited for is to support each member in the chapter and work alongside her fellow officers to create lasting memories for the whole chapter. Outside of Alpha Delta Pi, Rylee assists the On-Campus Recruiting Team for Razorback Football and works for Amanda Reed Weddings.
Allison Davis
Vice President of Operations
Allison is from St. Louis, Missouri and her major is Nursing. Before serving as Vice President of Operations, she served as Finance Specialist. Allison is really excited to lead the amazing women of the Delta Delta chapter though chapter meetings and meeting more members. Outside of Alpha Delta Pi, she is involved in Stumo and serves at Fellowship in Fayetteville.


Isabel Labastita
Vice President of Receivables
Isabel is from Austin, TX & her major is Communication Sciences & Disorders with a minor in Psychology. Isabel served as one of two Finance Specialists before taking a position as Vice President of Receivables. One thing she is striving for is transparency & accessibility to resources for all members of the chapter. She is extremely excited to hold a position on such a versatile & driven executive board & hopes to always be of support to the members she serves!
Lauren Lebakken
Vice President of Payables
Lauren is from Austin, Texas and her major is Industrial Engineering. She is very excited to contribute ideas and help the officers understand the importance of finances. She is also excited to help the members grow their knowledge on how such an amazing organization operates.


Kathleen Robinson
Vice President of Membership Experience
Kathleen Robinson is from Mobile, Alabama and majoring in Economics and Political Science. She looking forward to growing the Delta Delta sisterhood and collaborating with all the members. She is so excited to grow this sorority with her position of Member Experience.
Abigail Butler
Vice President of Marketing
Abigail is from Fort Worth, Texas. She is majoring in Marketing with a minor in Business Analytics. Outside of Alpha Delta Pi, she serves at Cross Church on Sundays in the children's ministry. She is so excited to lead the Recruitment and Marketing team this year and market the chapter in a positive manner. She is so excited to represent our sisters through marketing and work alongside the Director of Primary Recruitment to make PC' 23 feel so welcomed!


Allie Canter
Director of Academic Affairs
Allie is from Colleyville, Texas and is an Exercise Science major. As Director of Academic Affairs, Allie is very excited to encourage an academic community amongst our members and supporting them in all of their academic endeavors. Outside of Alpha Delta Pi, she is the treasurer of It’s On Us and a member of Exercise is Medicine.
Drew Bethell
Vice President of Member Development
Drew Bethell is currently serving as our Vice President of Member Development. She is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Drew is getting her degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Management. She is looking forward to upholding the bylaws and reputation of Alpha Delta Pi. Outside of ADPi Drew is the Vice President and Co-Founder of the Political Science Honor Society, Vice President of Photography/Videography at Hill Records, and a George’s Majestic Lounge Ambassador.


Aaliyah Tindell
Director of Primary Recruitment
Aaliyah is from Keller, Texas and is majoring in Social Work. Before serving as Director of Primary Recruitment she served as Vice President of Marketing, was a Diamond Leader, and served on the Diversity and Inclusion committees. She is excited to serve as the Director of Primary Recruitment to display her love for Alpha Delta Pi to women going through primary recruitment at the University of Arkansas this Fall.
Macy Johnson
Vice President of Event Management
Macy is from Jonesboro, Arkansas. Her major is Apparel Merchandising and Product Development with a minor in Marketing. She is so excited to create fun events for her sisters to make memories and have a blast together. She thinks it is very important to keep events fun while also being aware of risk management and safety. Outside of Alpha Delta Pi, she is a member of the Fashion Apparel Board.


Kara Giallanza
Director of Facility Management
Kara Giallanza is from cypress Texas. She is a sophomore in PC’21. Her major is Public Health, Pre Occupational Therapy. Kara is excited to serve as the director of facility management this year and watch over our beautiful house! She so happy to make 519 North Oakland Avenue a home away from home for all members.
Laura Boylan
Director of Philanthropy
Laura is from Coppell, Texas and her major is Interior Architecture & Interior Design. She is super excited to get to work closely with and raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). Outside of Alpha Delta Pi, she is involved in the on-campus ministry Stumo where she gets to lead others to grow deeper in their religion. Laura looks forward to serving not only the chapter but the community as well through RMHC.


Sarah Stark
Director of New Member Experience
Sarah is a Broadcast Journalism major with a History minor from Austin, Texas. Alpha Delta Pi is special to Sarah because it has given her a family while she is away from hers. Sarah is most excited to love, support, and be a big sister to our new members on the road to initiation. Before serving as our Director of New Member Experience, Sarah served as Dad’s Day Chair and Philanthropy Round Day Chair during recruitment. Outside of Alpha Delta Pi, Sarah is involved with UARK Student Media and The University of Arkansas Public Relations Student Society.
Erin Schneider
Vice President of Panhellenic Relations
Erin is from St. Charles, Missouri and is studying business with a concentration in Economics with a minor is Legal Studies. She is excited to be serving as VP of Panhellenic Relations as she was the Panhellenic Junior Delegate last year! One thing Erin is highly anticipating in her role this year is getting to work with the other Panhellenic Delegates and helping to build a welcoming community among all sororities.
