A Letter to PNMs from Director of Primary Recruitment :
To future women going through Panhellenic Recruitment at the University of Arkansas, cherish every moment.
Our wish is that each woman that walks through the front doors of Alpha Delta Pi feels welcomed. A sorority should be your home. A place in which you feel loved, welcomed, valued, and accepted to be your true self.
This chapter has given me so much. I have found sisters from all walks of life, service events in the community through Ronald McDonald House Charities, and leadership opportunities in which I have grown as an individual.
Throughout this process, I urge you all to keep an open mind. At times it can become overwhelming, however, in the end it will all be worth it. Look for a home in which you have genuine conversations, and that the openness of the sorority is vibrantly expressed. We here at Alpha Delta Pi cannot wait until you are welcomed with open arms during the recruitment process. I hope each one of you has an amazing recruitment experience. Remember everything happens for a reason, and that reason is why I am a member of Alpha Delta Pi.
