To the women going through recruitment, don’t waste a minute of this experience. It goes by way faster than you can imagine, and before you know it, you’ll be in your final year wondering where all the time went. I hope that every woman who walks through our doors feels an overwhelming sense of love, support, and belonging. A sorority becomes your home away from home, a place where you never have to hide who you are but instead are celebrated for everything you bring to the table. It is a place where you grow into the best version of yourself while encouraging the people around you to do the same.

I would not be the woman I am today without Alpha Delta Pi. This chapter has given me incredible women who I know will stand beside me for the rest of my life. Watching everyone grow into confident and compassionate women has been truly such a gift.

I know this process may feel overwhelming and stressful at times, but even through that, I encourage you to keep an open mind. Look for the place where you feel the most comfortable, valued, and genuinely yourself. Recruitment can be intimidating with so many new faces and conversations in such a short amount of time, but focus on the chapter where you feel the happiest, the place you are most excited to go back to each day.
